Myan Background

In October 2000, Myan Management Group, LLC was formed as a full-service, third party property management company. Myan is located in Southlake, Texas which is strategically located near DFW Airport and Love Field. This location helps facilitate travel to each of our property locations across the United States and allows for a central location for our local Dallas/Fort Worth properties.

Principals of Myan Management Group date back to 1979 with the formation of Brentwood Properties, an apartment property management, joint venture between the Trammell Crow Company and a Stanley Fimberg/Ralph Williams Real Estate Investment Company. At the peak of its operations during the early 1980's, Brentwood Properties managed in excess of 60,000 apartment units, primarily for the Trammell Crow Company and various Fimberg/Williams real estate partnerships.

In addition to managing apartment communities, Myan Management Group also has a partnership with Volunteers of America (VOA). Currently Myan completes the accounts payable for 15,165 units comprised of 325 communities for Volunteers of America.
